Job Description: 

Part-time Bookkeeper (20 in-office hours per week). Shift M-F 9am-1pm.

Duties: 

Duties include but are not limited to…
Processing Payroll
Ensuring Federal & State taxes are paid timely and accurately
Processing of W-2’s and 1099’s
Online Banking
Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
Processing invoices and preparing checks for signature
Providing Financial Reports (Weekly, Monthly, Annually, and upon request)
Setting up and processing ACH and Credit Card Contributions/Transactions
Completion and submission of Annual Diocesan Reports
Over-sight of Money Counter Teams and process

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish.
Excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities related to accounting/bookkeeping.
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Three (3) years working with QuickBooks software.
Accounting Associate
EIM Certification.
