Director of Operations
The position of Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of parish administration and operations, to include but not limited to Front Office, Accounting, Communications and Facilities. This position works directly with the Pastor and supervises all parish administrative and operational staff.
Supervision of parish administrative and facilities staff. This position manages the day to day operations of the parish as well as managing achievement of goals and objectives set by the pastor. Oversight of parish events, hospitality, accounting, budget and facilities maintenance. Working directly with various parish councils, committees and ministry leadership.
The right candidate will possess a working knowledge of Business Administration, strong communication and excellent customer service skills. The ability to manage several projects through working collaboratively and empowering the team. Knowledge of Microsoft software products and comfort with technology.
High School diploma. Five (5) years working experience in a leadership position in business or administration. Practicing Catholic in good standing.
