Cedarbrake welcomes individual retreatants of all faiths for private retreats. Spiritual direction, if desired, can be arranged. Call Cedarbrake at (254) 780‐2436 to make arrangements.
Is there daily Mass? Yes!Monday - 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday - No Mass
Wednesday - @ 4:30 p.m.
Thursday - 11:30 a.m.
Friday - 11:30 a.m.
Is the retreat center open to non-Catholics?Absolutely, all are welcome!
What do we need to bring when we come on retreat?An alarm clock, and your toiletries, soap, toothpaste, etc… we do provide linens and towels.
Do you have Internet (wi-fi)?Yes, we have Wi-Fi in all of our cabins, and at the Lodge, Driscoll Hall, and the Conference Center.
Are there walking paths?Yes, we have several meditative paths and an asphalt road that encircles the retreat center. So, if you like to hike, run or explore, bring your exercise gear or walking shoes.
Do you have food service for private retreats?At this time we do not have a food service for private retreatants; however, each house is equipped with a kitchen. We encourage you to bring your own food. If you are coming to a Cedarbrake-sponsored retreat and would like to bring snacks, etc. you will have access to the refrigerator.
Do you have private rooms?Yes, we have private rooms with private bath/shower. There are six handicap equiped rooms available as well.
