DCYC is a weekend of spiritual growth and fellowship that annually welcomes over 2,000 high school youth, youth directors, and chaperones.  We’re excited to be returning to the Waco Convention Center for a 2-day event.  We look forward to continuing the use of the expanded exhibitor space that has proven to be a great opportunity for you to reach young and young-at-heart Catholics in the central Texas area.

Please note the specifics of vendor/exhibitor space:  

• Pricing includes one (1) 8-foot table (metal table, cover not included), two chairs, and two meal tickets for Saturday lunch and dinner.  The booth size is 8 ft X 10 ft. {NOTE: Due to space restrictions, vendor sales items (including display/table) must stay within the marked booth area.}  Additional display tables may be added to the space as long as they stay within the allotted booth space. 

• An additional booth space, limit 1, may be purchased at an additional cost of $200.

• Registration is not complete until payment has been received; please see link to the right.  Full payment must be received by January 5, 2024 to participate.  

• Set-up on Friday, Feb. 2, 2024, will be available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. only. Saturday set-up opens at 7:30 a.m.; doors for the venue open at 8:30 a.m. to participants
• Hotel room and other food will be at your own expense.

• In addition to your application and payment, please email a copy of your company’s General Commercial Liability Umbrella Policy for the event to Tressi Breecher.  If you are a small business and do not have a policy, please provide a short note stating such.
