Job description or website link to online job application: Setting strategy for the advancement of the Development Program in line with the vision and goals of the Pastor and Center Director.
Duties: Managing all aspects of the Development Office/Program, Forming and working with a Development Core Team, Working with the Leadership Council and Finance Council, Working with staff to formulate and advance Development goals, Cultivating and maintaining benefactor relationships, Planning and organizing fundraising events, Writing yearly grants, Outreach and collaboration with students (when necessary) to advance and achieve Development goals, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Sufficient experience of Ministry (especially Campus Ministry) 2. Ability to cultivate good personal benefactor relationships 3. Ability to write grants and annual financial reports 4. Ability to develop and manage good fundraising strategies 5. Ability to organize fundraising events.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Practicing Catholic in good standing 2. Good understanding of Development and Fundraising 3. Healthy, balanced, and active spiritual life.
