At the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, a lot goes into making decisions about services provided to older adults and people with disabilities who have experienced abuse, neglect and/or exploitation.  This presentation will discuss information required for reporting, program eligibility, mandatory reporting, and give an overview of Adult Protective Services (APS).
