Holding Enablers Accountable: Developing Mechanisms for Criminalizing Enablers

A Webinar for Survivors and Those Who Care for Them: Holding Enablers Accountable. Because of the demonstrated harm caused by the enablers, it is necessary to demand accountability. Distinct from the traditional model of compensation from "civil suits", Professor Amos Guiora will draw on his testimony before legislatures both in the US and internationally regarding criminalizing of bystanders to address the criminalization of enablers. 


Amos Guiora is a Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, the University of Utah. He is a Distinguished Fellow at The Consortium for the Research and Study of Holocaust and the Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
