The first three years in your parish are critical to establishing your role as the youth ministry leader. As you foster new relationships, learn the dynamics of your parish setting, and grow your ministry, you will face many new and unique challenges.

Youth ministers who have served in their parishes for three years or less are invited to attend a new youth minister meet and greet on Thursday, August 17 from 10am-noon. We will meet at the Pastoral Center for some time of fellowship, building community, and looking forward to the upcoming year! Even if you have served in youth ministry in the past, if you have been at your current parish for three or less years, we would love for you to join us!
