Principles of Adult Formation

This course will give parish adult formators the skills and strategies needed to facilitate instruction in small group settings. Using the USCCB document "Our Hearts Were Burning Within Us" as a guide, the course explores the developmental stages of adult learning as well as effective communication of personal faith stories.
