Emmaus Parish in Lakeway will host the Emmaus Great Gatsby Gala Feb. 11 from 6 to 11 p.m. in the parish's Great Hall. The gala will transport participants into the lavish era of the 1920s with exquisite food, premier wine and signature cocktails, a hidden speakeasy casino, fabulous live and silent auction items, dancing, entertainment and an interactive 360 video booth.
Catholic campus ministry in the Diocese of Austin aims to build a faith community on our 12 college and university campuses, bring the message of Christ to the academic world and prepare future leaders of society and our church. This collection directly supports our campus ministry programs at the colleges and universities in our diocese.

At the Unbound: Freedom in Christ Retreat participants will learn how to unlock their prison doors by using the Five Keys To Freedom. The conference involves times of prayer and worship, insightful teaching, and personal ministry from a trained ministry team-- Matt and Jenn Lozano from Heart of the Father Ministry. This conference will equip participants to cooperate with God as He sets us free.
This retreat is designed for smaller parishes or those individuals who cannot attend their parish Confirmation retreat. This unique retreat experience is geared toward students preparing for the sacrament of confirmation.
Presented by the Central Texas Fellowship of Catholic Men. The theme, “One Bread, One Body – Hombres con Cristo”, will focus on the meaning of the Eucharist to men. This theme amplifies the National Eucharistic Revival taking place over the next 3 years.
Czech Mass - Vítame Vás na Corn Hill: In February we celebrate the Feast Day of Sts. Cyril and Methodius, patron saints of the Czech Republic and patron saint of Slavic peoples. In honor of these saints a Czech Mass will be celebrated on Feb. 19 at 5 p.m., at Holy Trinity Parish in Corn Hill. All prayers, readings and hymns will be in the Czech language. After Mass, a Dinner will be served in the Parish Activity Center. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate this special feast day of Sts. Cyril and Methodius.

This special appeal helps Catholic communities in Latin America, Black and Native American Home Missions, Catholic Home Missions, Africa and Central and Eastern Europe, by underwriting evangelization, religious education, education for future priests, and training for lay ministers.

These are adult formation classes open to all those in ministry and anyone with the desire to learn more about the faith. This five session program offers a general introduction to the theological principles found in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Topics include Introduction to Scripture, Creed, Liturgy and Sacraments, Christian Morality and Prayer/Spirituality. (30 hour course).

A Gabriel Project Angel Training will be held Feb. 25 from 9 a.m. to noon in Morris Hall at St. John Neumann Parish in Austin. The Gabriel Project is a parish-based ministry within the Diocese of Austin that serves pregnant mothers and fathers and their children. Gabriel Angels serve as mentors and companions by walking with mothers and fathers through pregnancy and the early parenting years. Angels offer spiritual and emotional care, as well as help in accessing needed resources and services.
