Incident at St. William Parish

We are sad to report that a minor was allegedly touched inappropriately at a conference held at St. William Parish in Round Rock. The incident did not involve clergy or staff from the Diocese of Austin or St. William Parish, but was reportedly committed by a vendor from outside the diocese who was present at the conference. Immediately upon learning of the incident, the diocese and St. William assisted the family in making immediate contact with the police to report the incident. The diocese continues to work and pray for the eradication of sexual exploitation of children in every part of our society.
