Mass to Launch Diocesan Phase of Synod Process (E-Pistle Message)

Yesterday I celebrated a Mass to open the diocesan phase of the Holy Father’s XVI General Synod of Bishops. Joining me at the Mass were priests, deacons, religious and laity. Let us open our hearts and minds and listen intently to the voice of God, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who will lead us through this important process. In the coming weeks, more information regarding the Synod will be shared.
